The route analyzer tool helps you to understand the new route, including:
- ✓Route distance and estimated time
- ✓Route cost, considering the fuel price and (optional) driver's rate
- ✓Your standard quote for this route
- ✓If you have any scheduled trips, the analyzer also recommends which of them can be merged with the new route
There are two scenarios in which the Route analyzer can be triggered:
1. Custom route. Just click the Analyze route button on your dashboard and enter custom addresses for your route.
2. Transport request. On the Requests screen, select the request you are interested in and tap the Analyze button. You will be redirected to the Route analyzer screen with all fields pre-filled according to the request.
On the Analyze route screen, enter/check your route details, including:
- →Pick up and destination points
- →If the route should include the distance from and to your base
- →Number of horses (to calculate the quote)
- →Vehicle (to calculate fuel consumption / cost)
Once all is done, click the Analyze route button
In a couple of seconds, you will get the result
On the bottom of the results screen, you can see the Merging button: if this route can be merged with some of your scheduled trips, the app provides you with recommendations. The merging engine considers the route and the number of free spaces in your vehicle.
After using the route analyzer, you can schedule this trip, or just close the tool.
