Move Your Horse mobile app manages your trips. Once your trip is created, you can:
- ✓Monitor your trip progress
- ✓Share your location with the client
- ✓Share the live stream with the client
- ✓Store your trip details for statistics
To start creating a trip from scratch, click the Add a new trip button on your dashboard
1. Route. By default, the route from your base and to your base is added, but you can change start and end points. To set up a trip, add the pick-up point, destination point, and extra stops if needed.
2. Details. Specify the number of horses to ship and the client's name (optionally).
3. GPS tracking. Basic GPS tracking is for internal use; if available, you can see your trip progress. Once the trip is over, thanks you GPS tracking you will have real distance statistics that will be stored in the app.
4. Location and video sharing. You can enable sharing your current location and/or live video from your trailer camera with the client. Sharing details will be available on the Current trip screen. This access can be revoked at any time during the stream. For more about video settings, you can read here.
Please note that while the sharing option is free to use for the transporter, the client is charged USD 15 to preview the live video. Location tracking is free to use for both sides
Driver. You can assign a driver to the trip. Once assigned, the driver will have access to this trip in their app and can enable GPS and/or Live streaming on their device. To assign the drivers, you need to connect them to your account first.
Once all preferences are set, you can start the trip immediately or schedule it.
Alternatively, instead of creating a trip from scratch, you can start the trip that is stored in your trip scheduler.
