Understanding Horse–Request Matching

Section: For sellers

Once your horse listing is created — regardless of its publication settings — you can see matched request counters that show potential buyer demand.

Types of matches

1. HORSES.SALE matches. This counter shows the number of active buyer requests created directly on HORSES.SALE that match your horse. To offer your horse to these buyers, your listing must be published in either the Public listings or the Closed database. If your horse is already published in one of these options, no additional action is required — it will automatically be shown to relevant buyers.

2. AI Horse Agent matches. This counter includes buyer requests discovered by our AI from across the internet over the last 45 days. You can click the counter to view these requests. You can also enable notifications (available in paid plans) to be informed when new matching requests are found.

All counters are refreshed daily, so you always have access to the most up-to-date matching information.
