HORSES.SALE provides a built-in CRM-style tool that helps horse agents manage their workflow — from storing horses and buyer requests to matching, sharing, and finding new opportunities.
Enable Agent Mode
If you are working as an agent, we recommend activating Agent Mode: open your Profile (1) and enable the Agent mode toggle. This unlocks a more streamlined experience for managing both horses and client requests.
Adding horses to your database
You can store multiple horses in your account (depending on your pricing plan). Adding a horse does not mean publishing it - you can fully control privacy and visibility settings.
To add a horse, click Add a horse in the sidebar menu
Adding buyer requests
You can create and manage unlimited buyer requests. Go to the My requests section and store client requirements for future matching.
Horse–request matching
Your horses and requests are automatically matched within your account. On each horse card, the Your requests counter shows how many of your requests match this horse. Click the counter to view all matching requests.
The reverse also works. Each request card includes a My horses counter. Clicking it shows all matching horses from your database (with filters applied).
Finding new clients
HORSES.SALE is integrated with AI Horse Agent, which scans the internet for horse listings and buyer requests. Both horse cards and request cards include an AIHorseAgent matches counter. Clicking it opens relevant matches from external sources

Data sharing
You can securely share all stored data, including Horse cards, Sales videos, X-rays, Documents. Each item can be shared with different privacy levels: public link or secure link with restrictions (email, phone, IP, number of views, or time limits)
