Sales videos can be added to your Horse Card or used separately for management and secure sharing.
While Horse Cards support both YouTube links and uploaded videos, YouTube videos do not include advanced controls. That’s why HORSES.SALE provides its own video hosting solution, specifically designed for horse sales.
Managing your videos
Go to the My Videos section (1). Here you can see all your videos — both those assigned to horse cards and standalone ones.

Sharing your video
Public sharing. You can share a public link that remains active as long as the video exists in your account. To copy the link, click Copy link on the video card. The link will look like: https://horses.sale/video-preview/...
When opened, the video is displayed on a clean preview page without unnecessary information.
Private sharing. For more control, use the Privacy Features in the video settings:
Expire after first play. The link becomes invalid after it is viewed once.
Timed access. Limit how long the video is доступен after the first view.
Allowed IP address. Restrict access to a specific IP.
Phone number access. Only users with a verified phone number can view the video.
Email access. Only users with a verified email can view the video.
Once you activate any of these options, a private link will be generated. You can copy and share this link securely.
If a link expires (based on time or usage limits), its status will change from Active to Expired. You can generate a new link at any time.
Additional features
Watermarking. Add an extra layer of protection by applying a watermark. Choose a predefined text, or upload your own image (e.g., logo)
The watermark will appear on both public and private video previews.
Extract photos from video. If you don’t have high-quality photos, you can capture them directly from your video. Pause the video at the desired moment. Click Download frame. The saved image is typically sharper than a standard screenshot.
Blur the rider (Beta). Protect the rider’s identity or prevent direct contact by using the AI-powered blur feature.
Click Apply Blur. A processed video link will be sent to your email (usually within 10 minutes). For best results, upload high-quality videos.
