Move Your Horse

Dashboard: Transport Requests

Section: For businesses

On your dashboard, you can see a list of active transport requests that match your business based on the details you provided in your profile.

Matching Logic

A request will appear on your dashboard only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The number of horses is less than or equal to your maximum capacity
  • At least one of the countries (origin or destination) matches your base country
  • The other country (origin or destination) is included in your list of operating countries
  • For the US, Canada, and Australia, state/province filters also apply if you operate only in specific regions

Example:
If your base country is France and your operating countries are France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Available routes: within France, France → Germany, Belgium → France. Unavailable routes: within Germany, Germany → Netherlands, France → Spain

Request Sources

Transport requests come from two sources:

  • Internal requests (1) – created by customers on the move.horse platform (all active requests)
  • External requests (2) – discovered on social media (from the last 4 days)

Plans and Pricing

When you open a request, 1 credit is deducted from your account. With the Free plan, you have 30 credits per month (enough to process up to 30 requests for free). For additional usage, upgrade to a subscription plan or purchase credits on a pay-per-use basis. You can view full pricing details on the pricing page.

Other Actions

Preview route (1): You can view the request route on Google Maps before opening it (no credits are charged)
Skip request (2): If a request is not relevant, you can skip it to remove it from your dashboard

Reporting and Refunds

We use an AI-based system to detect transport requests, but occasional errors may occur. A post may be incorrectly identified as a transport request or the original post may be deleted after being detected. If you encounter such a case, click the Report this request button. Our team will review it, and if it is confirmed, the credit used will be refunded to your balance.
