Creating a transport request lets you share your shipping route directly with every matched transporter in our database. It may help you to receive the special offer if the transporter can combine your request with planned trips.
To start creating your request, click the Submit a transport request button.
Fill out the request form by entering:
- →Pick up and destination addresses
- →Preferred vehicle
- →Number of horses
- →Acceptable dates
- →Your name and email
- →Additional details, if needed
Once the form is submitted, you'll be redirected to your request dashboard, where you can see all offers. Additionally, you will receive an email with this page link. Once the new offer is received, you'll be notified by email. Thus, you can close this page for now.
Once you receive the notification, open your dashboard and see the message from the transporter(s). Here you can also write your reply and discuss shipping details. Alternatively, you can open the transporter profile and reach them with any convenient contact method.
Once you find the transporter or your request is no longer relevant, you can delete it or mark it as completed.
