Creating a transport request lets you share your shipping route directly with every matched transporter in our database. It may help you to receive the special offer if the transporter can combine your request with planned trips.
To create your request, open the I need to transport my horse section.
Fill out the request, including:
- →Check "Send my request to transporters"
- →Pick up and destination addresses
- →Select preferred vehicle
- →Set the number of horses
- →Pick up acceptable dates
- →Specify your name and email
- →Enter additional details, if needed
Once the form is submitted, you'll be redirected to your request dashboard, where you can see all offers. You can close this page for now.
Once you receive the notification, open your dashboard and see the message from the transporter(s). Here you can also write your reply and discuss shipping details. Alternatively, you can open the transporter profile and reach them with any convenient contact method.
Once you find the transporter or your request is no longer relevant, you can delete it or mark it as completed.
