The trip scheduler allows you to store your upcoming trips. It is used to improve planning and merge new routes with scheduled trips.
To start using the scheduler, click Tools - Trips Scheduler or find the calendar on your dashboard and click the Open Scheduler button.
Tap the + Add trip button to schedule the new trip
Add the trip details, including:
- →Date
- →Route
- →Vehicle
- →Number of horses
- →Client(s) name(s)
- →Additional details
The form also has the Suggest a date button. This feature compares this route with existing trips in your Scheduler and checks if this order can be combined with one of your trips.
Once the trip is added to the Scheduler, it can be previewed in your calendar.
To start this trip (activate it as a Current trip in the mobile app), click the Start trip button
