Once you create a horse request, your buyer account is created automatically so you can manage your request at any time. Depending on the flow, it can be a passwordless (guest) account accessible via a unique link, or a regular account using the password from a Google/Facebook account. A guest account can be upgraded to a regular account at any time for free.

The guest account may be created by selecting the Receive updates about new arrivals option before submitting the homepage form.
Once your horse request is created, check your mailbox for the emails from HORSES.SALE. If you have nothing in your inbox, please check Spam folder.
Open the email and click the Open Dashboard button
You will be redirected to your buyer dashboard where you can find your request and matched horses that were discovered recently.
To edit or delete your request, use the request controls buttons (1).
To change your notification settings or delete your account, use the Settings button (2).
To create more requests, create a regular account first (3).
Regular account
With a regular account, you have additional features that are unavailable for the guest account, including:

- ●Using portal notifications
- ●Setting up notifications and other preferences
